Privacy policy

The short version: the files you use with our tools never leave your device. We don’t receive, store or see them.

Your files

All tools on DailyFiles run inside your web browser. When you add a photo or PDF, it is read and processed on your own device. It is not uploaded to our servers or anyone else’s.

When you choose “Continue with” to pass a file to another tool, the file is kept briefly in your browser’s own storage (IndexedDB) on your device and removed as soon as the next tool opens it.

What is stored in your browser

• Your light or dark theme choice.
• The tools you saved and used recently, so they appear on the homepage.
• Signatures, only if you choose “Remember on this device”.

This information stays in your browser. You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.

Advertising and analytics

We may show ads from Google AdSense or similar partners, and use privacy-friendly analytics to count visits. These services may use cookies to measure and personalise ads. Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent first. Ads and analytics never have access to your files.
